Description
Edmund Skellings delivered an inspirational speech to the staff of the IBM Tallahassee Branch Office at the request of Steve Evans, head of the branch. The event was held in the Little Theater in Tallahassee, Florida. Skellings had a close working relationship with IBM, the principle vendor for automating the House of Representatives.
