This is a 9 inch high bronze statue of an Argentine Army Officer Dress Uniform on a wooden platform with an engraved presentation plate. The plate is inscribed with, "Major General Fernando I. Huergo | Argentine Military Attache | Presents to his friend | General John B. Medaris | in remembrance of the visit to Redstone Arsenal | Father of Jupiter "C" the pride of the American Army | April 30, 1958."
